Zakka has been on the wanted list of the security agencies since 2001 as his rooted animosity and sheer acts of criminality remain the order of the day. Parading 11 suspects in Jos, the taskforce Commander, Major General Augustine Agundu said the notorious Zakka and other militia group have placed Plateau state under siege. “The eventual arrest of Timaya by OPSH special operations team is a product of 3 months painstaking intelligence work during which the notorious criminal had adopted varying styles to evade possible identification. “Further information reveal that often times he disguises as a woman and was also seen wearing different style of haircuts and most times he is usually seen with beards. “The suspect uses motorcycle as a preferred mode of transportation from one locality to another in spite of having fleet of cars and has no permanent place of abode” Gen. Agundu said. Our correspondent reports that the 11 suspects paraded includes, cattle rustlers, gun runners, drug peddlers and an imposter who claimed to be a lawyer and a member of the Peace Corps who was found with a baretta pistol and 95 rounds of 9mm ammunitions at his place of residence.
