Man involved in same-sex act declared wanted as stray bullet kills Father
The Ondo State Command of the Nigerian Police has declared wanted a runaway suspect Temitope Micheal Boluwade involved in same-sex act on August 13th 2022 after he was temporarily released for treatment.
Recall that both Temitope Micheal Boluwade and his same-sex partner on August 13th 2022 were nabbed by an suspecting neigbhour who took pictures of both men in the act in an apartment belonging to Olajide Paul before attracting the attention of other neigbhours at Omiata street in Akure, Ondo State .
According to information made available, the two same-sex suspects were ruthlessly tortured for several days by the angry mob comprising mainly Odua Peoples Congress vigilante (OPC) before handing them over to the police for onward arrest.
It was gathered that Olajide Paul with severe injuries died instantly in police custody while his partner Temitope Micheal Boluwade was immediately released for urgent treatment ahead of his prosecution.
Obviously Irked by the report that Olajide Paul died in custody while his partner Temitope Micheal Boluwade was temporarilly released for treatment, the local vigilante comprising O.P.C members on December 19th stormed his family house shooting sporadically, demanding to know the whereabouts of Temitope Micheal Boluwade.
An eyewitness account who pleaded anonymity disclosed that an aged man, Pa.Boluwade was reported to have died from a stray bullet when the angry mob of vigilante stormed and attacked the residential building in search of Temitope Micheal Boluwade.
Temitope Micheal Boluwade, according to information made available, was said to have managed to escape from the building when members of the OPC stormed his family house, an action which further infuriated members of the local vigilante who angrily set the family building ablaze after ruthlessly beaten up every occupants.
Meanwhile, the Police in a statement made available to journalists in Akure in Ondo State said one Temitope Micheal Boluwade had been declared wanted on December 23rd 2022 after several failed attempts to rearrest him in different communities .
The statement further added that the fleeing Temitope Micheal Boluwade ,whose same-sex video with his deceased partner Olajide Paul had gone viral, was wanted in connection with the violation of the provisions of the Same-sex Prohibition Act of 2013 which stipulates a minimum of 10 years Imprisonment for offenders upon conviction.
