Lukaku eyes Mourinho reunion

Romelu Lukaku says he would be happy to work with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho again.
The Belgian striker cast doubt on his Everton future over the weekend when he said he wants to play Champions League football next season.
The 22-year-old, who has scored 25 goals already this campaign, has been linked with a move to Manchester United, a club Mourinho has also been tipped to join in the summer.
The Portuguese manager sold Lukaku to Everton for £28m in 2014 after a season on loan at Goodison Park from Chelsea and criticised his attitude, but the striker says that would have no bearing on a future move.
“Some people will say that I need to convince him but it’s not a question of that,” Lukaku told reporters. “Three years ago I was 20 and I wasn’t ready to be immediately effective in a top team.
“Several good seasons, including the current one, have changed the situation. I’ll be 23 in May and I could leave this summer.”
While calling the Champions League “the next step” in his career, Lukaku reiterated that he does not feel as though he has anything to prove at Stamford Bridge despite also being linked with a return to Chelsea.
“No, absolutely not. The page is turned on both sides,” he said.
