Gov Bindo flags off gubernatorial campaign

Thousands of prospective voters thronged Mahmud Ribadu square, venue of the flagg-off campaign ceremony of Governor Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindo of Adamawa state. This is coming a day before the fixed date of January 8th, (today) where Nollywood and Kannywood celebrities across the country are in Yola for the flagging. Popular singers, actors and actress like Aminu Rara, Ali Nuhu, Tony Adams Zango and host of many others are in Ribadu square entertaining people before tomorrow. Jimeta and Yola are wearing a radiant look, the Yola int’l airport seems to be busy with prominent sons and daughters coming in from all works of life to witness the occasion. The preparation of 2019 general elections is making many people to be optimistic that Sen Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindo is a candidate to beat in the coming gubernatorial polls. A woman seen in admirations performance of Aminu Rara sons, Hajiya Maryam Alkali said the All Progressives Congress (APC) is the party of the state, her votes and the votes of hundreds people she know will vote for Buhari and Bindo. According to her the Ribadu square is too small for the people that will be coming in later in the evening ahead of tomorrow’s event (today’s).
