Geoff clinches IBB golf club independence tourney
Colonel Geoff Onyejegbu emerged the overall winner of the IBB golf and country club ,Abuja independence cup tournament yesterday.
Colonel Geoff who won the inheritable trophy beat over 250 golfers to claim the cup with a gross score of 80 at 57 net under handicap 13.
The four day tournament climaxed with a dinner and award night at the IBB golf club.
In an exclusive chat with Dailytimes Colonel Geoff who won the overall title in 2007 said ‘ I am excited to win the same title in 2019’
‘The game is a jealous one, if you leave it, it leaves you so I don’t intend to leave it cause I want to win the same title next year and beat my recent handicap’.
