Per our engagement letter dated 5 June 2014, Price Water House Coopers Limited (“PwC”) has performed the
investigative forensic audit into the alleged unremitted funds into the Federation Accounts by the Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation (“NNPC”) between January 2012 and July 2013.
Our services were performed and this Report was developed in accordance with our engagement letter dated 5
June 2014 and subject to the terms and conditions included herein.
