Nine people killed in Gombe including with a legislature in Dukku South.

Voting smooth in Jalingo.

At Osola street, Ogba polling unit, voters are waiting for ballot papers but INEC officials did not come. At another voting unit INEC officials did not come with presidential ballot papers, only NASS papers.

INEC directs that any centre where PVCs has fault, they should use manual.

GEJ says he called Enugu gov about the bomb and the gov said no blast there also in Gombe the GPV told him that there was no bomb blast in Gombe.

GEJ ‘I am hopeful of victory. He just said ‘I am hopeful” when asked if he does not win.

No ballot papers and INEC staff seen in Jos North at about 11am. Voting started at 4.15pm in Jos North with Gov Jang being the first to cast his vote at the polling unit in his home town.
