Constitute a well respected and nonpartisan group- Mustafa Chike-Obi

Due to the security challenges in Nigeria, and also the stopping of food supply to the south, and other issues, there is a need to find a lasting solution to these challenges.

Insecurity, on the other hand, is the antithesis of security. However, because of the very many ways in which insecurity affects human life and existence, the concept of insecurity has usually been ascribed to different interpretations in association with the various ways in which it affects individuals.

Inaugural CEO of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, Mustafa Chike-Obi has suggested that President Muhammed Buhari should immediately constitute a well-respected and nonpartisan group of about 12 Nigerians to make recommendations on healing our National divisions.

Time frame for their report should be 3 months and all parties should stand down until the report.

The Amalgamated Union of Foodstuff and Cattle Dealers of Nigeria (AUFCDN), announced last Thursday the commencement of strike action over government refusal to meet its demands, Condemnation has continued to trail the decision of some cattle dealers from the North to cut food supply in the Southern part of the country.

Reacting to his tweet, some people were of the opinion that the president should implement the recommendations of the 2014 Confab report. That’s the only solution to Nigeria’s present predicaments.

Another Twitter user commented, “Tell Buhari to set in motion preliminary for #Referendum to be conducted in the contraption called #Nigeria”.
