Brighttiss CEO Titi Dama explains purpose of her $Gifted Groups$
Philanthropist and entrepreneur Priskeylia Tifu Dama has explained why she created the $Gifted Groups$, a fast-growing online community, as a corollary to her various empowerment programmes.
Dama, CEO of Braids by Titi and Brighttiss LLC, popularly known as Titi Dama, explained that the purpose was to bring every one of her philanthropic programmes under one umbrella.
According to her, “It is a platform where I could engage and have a closer relationship with individuals in need of these opportunities” while noting that “all the efforts put into the actualization of these programmes is only by the special grace of God.”
Speaking about the philosophy behind her empowerment programmes, Titi Dama said: “I believe in life, every individual owes humanity a point of service in any capacity you can render, the joy of putting smiles on people’s faces and making them happy is one thing I love and will continually put in extra effort to make it cut across everyone that comes in contact with me. My philosophy extends down to “the hands that give and receive more and even more abundantly” which is a natural law in life.”
The highly motivated Cameroon-born CEO of Brighttiss LLC and Braids by Titi, further explained her drive to be self-made, saying “I have it imprinted that there are people tied to me one way or the other and while I’m still alive I am mandated to give them a lift in every way possible.”
She also underscored the importance of providing lifelines for struggling businesspeople, noting that her entrepreneurship efforts reached a turning point only after she attended an entrepreneurship summit years back.
Said she: “The experience was the game changer for me. It gave a new dimension and direction on how to effectively run a business productively without getting frustrated.”
