Honeywell postpones AGM, dividend payment

Honeywell Flour Mills has changed the date for its 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

A statement filed with the Nigerian Stock Exchange by the flour milling firm, said that the AGM earlier fixed for Thursday, September 21, 2017, will now hold on Friday, September 22, 2017.

The statement signed by Team leader of the company’s secretariat, Mrs. Yewande Giwa also notified the public of a new qualification and dividend payment date.

According to the statement, if the dividend recommended by the directors is approved by the members at the AGM, dividends will be paid on Friday, September 22, 2017, to the shareholders who names, appear in the company’s register of members on the close of business on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.

“Please note that these details supersede the information which was previously communicated in the annual report submitted to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).”
