2019: Ogbemudia calls for stronger representation for Edo South

As the Nation heads to general elections in 2019, the need for Edo South senatorial district to have a strong voice to represent it has been canvassed.

The eldest son of late Dr. Samuel Ogbemudia, who was the leader of the zone before his death, Sam Ogbemudia Jnr made this call while speaking with newsmen in Benin over the current political development in the country.

According to Ogbemudia (Jr.), Edo South currently do not have a strong voice to speak for itself wondering where those who wished his father dead are, now that it is time to speak out over the neglect of Edo South in the scheme of things.
