2019: North east deserves nothing other than presidential seat- Engineer Usman

As the 2019 general elections climaxes, the Bauchi State Deputy Zonal Coordinator of Atiku Presidential campaign Organisation, Dr Usman Aliyu has said that the North eastern region of Nigeria deserve nothing but presidential slot so as to foster genuine development for the region and the country as a whole. Dr Usman stated this while speaking at a town hall meeting for electorates organised by Atiku support group called Waziri of Adamawa Organisation of Warriors (WAOW) held at Command guest house Bauchi. “What Buhari’s government claim always is that they gave us so so and so so appointments, but politics is a matter of give and take considering our position and the number of votes that always come from the region, we deserved nothing but to make our son a President of Nigeria”. He said. Dr Usman who represented the State Coordinator of the campaign Organisation said, “North east, this is our chance, we can’t wait till another day, we must come out and give our votes enblock to Atiku Abubakar since he is our own and he has a good vision and exemplary leadership qualities to govern the country”. In his remark, the Special adviser to Speaker Yakubu Dogara on Political affairs, Comrade Iliyasu Ibrahim Zwall said, “when people consider the contribution of Dogara as Speaker which has improved the living standard of people of his constituency and the entire North East communities, Nigerians will understand the value of choosing Atiku from the region to become our next president”. He advised the electorates to support Atiku’s presidential bid and to elect all formidable and credible candidates that will bring the required change for the people. Also, the Patron of the WAOW group Ibrahim Aminu who observed that there are people who still flaunts yesterday’s solutions as the panacea for moving the country forward maintained that what they are propagating is a continuation of the failed status quo. He pointed out that what Nigerians needed at the moment is real change which according to him is possible with a leader like Atiku who has the vision and courage to alter the statusquo and pull this nation back from the brink of destruction. Ibrahim said, “Nigeria’s multi-dimensional challenges has reached an implosive stage and only a leader like Atiku who is truly detribalized, who can usher Nigeria to the visionary of our dreams. I urge you, the electorates to support his presidential bid in the best interest of Nigeria”. Samuel Luka, Bauchi
