With Nwoye APC will win Anambra election

Bauchi State governor and the Chairman of All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign for Anambra Governorship Election, Alhaji Mohammed Abubakar has expressed optimism that the All Progressives Congress (APC ) candidate Mr Tony Nwoye will defeat not only the incumbent governor, but all other contestants.
He described the candidature of Tony Nwoye in the forthcoming election as a paradigm shift in the politics of Anambra State.
Governor Abubakar who stated this in Gboloko, Bassa Local Government Area, in an interview with Journalists shortly after the one year remembrance prayer organised for the late Lt.Col. Muhammad Abu Ali who laid down his life for the unity of Nigeria in the battle against Book Haram terrorists in Borno State last year, said the choice of Nwoye represents a paradigm shift in the politics of Anambra State.
The governor averred that the choice of Nwoye was the first time the party unanimously resolved and picked a vibrant youth to lead in the state.
He described the APC candidate as a young politician who has been struggling and has won election three times to the House of Representative.
According to the governor “Tony Nwoye was one time chairman of the People Democratic Party and one time governorship candidate of PDP. He is not a new face in Anambra politics and I am optimistic that all this qualities will work in his favour.”
According to Abubakar, Nwoye has been a national figure even as a student which should be an asset to the state
He said the candidate has worked across all strata of governance and administration, one of the criteria needed for a successful governor .”Experience is a great asset in governance,” the governor said.
