Victoria Azarenka beat Serena Williams 1-6 6-3 6-3 in the semi-finals of the U.S. Openon Thursday, denying her the chance of winning a record-equalling 24th Grand Slam singles title on home soil this year.

Victoria Azarenka had been away for seven years and her come back shocked Williams in a 3 sets at the Arthur Ashe Stadium on Friday to advance the 2020 U.S. Open final.
