State governments participating in the Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ) project, have pledged their commitment to speedy and effective implementation of the project. The state governments are Cross River, Imo, Kaduna, Kano, Kwara, Ogun, Oyo and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
