A 33-year-old woman, Perebi Otubo, has been declared wanted for allegedly trafficking Nigerian girls to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates for commercial sex work. Otubo who hails from Bomadi, Delta State returned to Nigeria in July 2017 after serving a jail term in Dubai for same offences.
