Suspected Robbers Kill Benue Girl in Lagos
On Friday evening, suspected robbers savagely murdered Faith, a young woman from Itakpa Ito in Benue State’s Obi Local Government Area, near Mobile Road in the Ajah neighborhood of Lagos State.
Witnesses claim that a group of attackers confronted Faith as she was leaving a visit with her boyfriend and tried to take her phone and purse. One of the assailants allegedly used a sharp weapon, maybe a knife, to stab her in the neck during a frantic battle.
Her body was eventually found dead by onlookers after she was left bleeding on the side of the road. Her remains have already been transported to a neighboring mortuary after the authorities were notified.

Although sources verify that investigations are still underway to find the culprits of the horrible crime, the Lagos State Police Command has not issued an official statement as of the time this news was filed.
