Soul-stirring Gospel artistes set to Reveal Jesus at the Experience Lagos 2016
For the past 10 years, thousands of people have converged at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos for a worship concert which is regarded as the biggest gospel music concert in Africa and arguably one of the biggest in the world: The Experience Lagos. At this worship concert, gender, nationality, status and race cease to exist as people lift up their voices in praise to the Almighty God.
Throwing more light on the 2016 theme, the senior Pastor, House on the Rock, Pastor Paul Adefarasin stated that “the purpose of this year’s edition is to further reach the world with the message of the Gospel of Christ, in a fashion so simple, yet effective”. He further emphasized that it is high time Christians stopped sitting in their corners and took center stage to spread the Gospel of Jesus by truly Revealing Jesus.
In previous years, the all-night worship event had performing gospel artistes from various parts of the world, some of which included Don Moen, Frank Edwards, Cece Winans, Tye Tribbett, Donnie McClurkin, The Mid-Night Crew, Wale Adenuga, Glowreeyah Braimah, Yolanda Adams, Eben to mention a few, leading the massive attendants in a night of music, worship and prayers.
The Experience Lagos 2016 which will also hold at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos on 2nd December will also feature soul stirring mix of ministers to give worshippers an incredible reason to look forward to the day. The line-up of both international and indigenous gospel artistes is already fueling anticipation. Ministering are: Don Moen, Frank Edwards, Travis Greene, Tope Alabi, Micah Stampley, Cece Winans, Donnie Mcclurkin! Also ministering are Gabriel Eziaschi, Eno Michaels, Chioma Jesus, Nwando, Tim Godfrey, Midnight Crew, Smokey Norful and Samsong.
