Selling your vote is selling your conscience – Ondo ADC Chairman tells youths

The Ondo State Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Bisi Ogungbemi has admonished voters, particularly youth against selling of votes during election.

Ogungbemi who attributed the selling of votes to trading one’s conscience, emphasied that the youths should avoid being used as pawn in the hands of money bags during electoral process in the country.

The Chairman gave the admonition at the party’s secretariat in Akure, the Ondo State capital during the presentation of expression of interest form to one of the aspirants of the party, Temitope Kolawole who is vying to represent Okitipupa-lrele Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives.

He maintained that for youths to witness Nigeria of their dream, formidable alliances must be formed, adding that the believe of some politicians in vote buying has put the country into her present quagmire.
