Saraki, Ahmed, Speaker mourn Kawu Baraje’s mother

President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has condoled with Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje, and the entire Baraje family, on the death of their mother, Hajiya Aisha Omo Agba Baraje.

Also, the Kwara state governor, Alh Abdulfatah Ahmed and Speaker, Dr Ali Ahmad have commiserated with Baraje over the death of her mother.

Alhaja Ayisat Omo Agba Baraje died Wednesday’s night at the age of 96 and was buried the same day in accordance with Islamic rites.

The Senate President in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, spoke glowingly of the late Hajiya Baraje and stated that she has raised a family that has produced one of Nigeria’s finest patriots and committed professionals.

In his condolence message, Kwara state governor, Alh Abdulfatah Ahmed described the death of Hajiya Aisha Omo Agba Baraje as a big loss and difficult vacuum to fill.
