Recession: God is in the economy Of Nigeria -RCCG Pastor
The pastor of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in charge of Adamawa Province, Pst Kayode Nana, on Sunday reminded Christians that God is aware of their situation and is interested in taking Nigeria to another level of economic boom despite the recession ravaging the country.
In his homily titled ‘Journey to the next level,’ and reading from the book of Mark 4:35 and 2 Corinthians 2:14, Nana said that economic boat of Nigeria is only experiencing storms stressing that there is great hope to the people of Nigeria because the storms killer (Jesus) Is still alive and is at work.
While praying for the believers on the journey to the next level, the cleric stated that the grace of Jesus will carry them out of struggles of life, he reminded them the journey to the other side of life is not always easy, for any next level you want to reach in your life there is always a next level of problem and the road to the next level Is all the time rough.
“Once you are moving on the righteous side of the Lord, He will still your storms, the other side (level, promotion) is the side of manifestation of God’s glory in your life.”
He preached that for a believer to experience another level of lifting in the journey of life, he or she must be convinced of his or her calling and the person must consider how God is dealing with him or her in the past.
He also said it is when a Christian determines how much he must change that he can begin to experience another lifting in his life of whatever type of change is a necessary aspect of human life. And committing himself or herself to overcoming opposition that will earn them another promotion.
