POLICE PARADES 9 POLICE OFFICERS AND 45 CIVILIANS

The Nigeria Police Force has paraded 9 Police men alongside 45 civilians who compromised their professional conducts with criminal act. The Inspector General of Police Ibrahim Idris says, his administration will checkmate all his personnel in order to sanitise the system of unprofessional and criminal minded personnel. On the 16th of August 2016 nine policemen serving in Kogi State command were arrested for compromising and conspiring with some notorious armed robbers, kidnappers and murderers.

The Inspector General of Police who was represented by the Force Public Relation officer says, his administration will ensure that Nigeria is safe and secured at the flashpoints of the North east, North Central and South-South.

Five assorted rifles and different calibers of ammunition and 6 cars were recovered from the suspects. The Force further pledges its commitment to work assiduously to reduce the rate of crime and criminality across the country.
