Police nab gang leader, informant in Lagos landlords’ kidnap
State, which shares a common boundary with Warewa and Wawa creeks in Ogun State, and abducted three landlords identified as Kennedy Ucheagwu, Dr. Omololu Bello, Fidelis Esang and their trainer, Olalere Olawale, while they were jogging.
N16 million was reportedly paid as ransom before the landlords and their trainer regained freedom.
However, police sources disclosed that one JJ, a suspect and native of Arogbo in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State, was arrested in Ore while he was spending his share of the ransom.
