Pencils Corner with OMENESA: THE ROAD

I woke up from a dream this morning, that I titled, ” Expectation”. In this dream, many of my needs were not met. As I stood stranded in the woods, waiting for ‘Expectation’ to rescue me, I gave the benefit of the doubt, that ‘Expectation’ may not even know the way to save me.
So since I know the way, it will be up to me to save myself. You see, there is a trail to respect, and a line that I can allow you cross. There is a road where you meet me at my vulnerability, but not to be mistaken for weakness.
There is a bridge to character, a bridge to principles. A bridge that many have not found. There is a path to owning up to your mistakes, to knowing that you were wrong, and that what you did was disspeakable.
What you said was unfathomable. There is a road to growth. Growth in the mind body and spirit. There is a passage to love. Love is not an entitlement, it is an investment, that one can NEVER withdraw without a deposit.
Taking ownership of what you didn’t invest in makes you a thief, a rapist, a fraud. There is a road to ignorance, but there is also a road to an institution. Experience does not teach EVERYTHING, neither does travelling.
The class room is not as small as it looks. Big minds live there! There is a road to the mortuary and a road to the grave. There is a path you could take that could begin, or end it all.
There is a road we all see you travel, and we know it is a dead end. Many have mentioned this to you in many ways, but what is a mirage, seems so real to you.
Could it be that you skipped the road to the class room, or the road to humility? Oh yes, there is a road to humility too. Meekness covers so many loop holes, but very few know this. In your meekness, you will see the plaque in your teeth and the alcohol in your breath.
There is a trail to wholeness, but you refuse to get healed. Insecurity is a disease too, in the same category of aids and diabetes 2. My Dear, it is up to you.
Will you take the road, or continue in this mode? I really don’t know what else to say, because the truth is, you don’t even know the way.
IN A NUTSHELL
1.At some point, you have the take the road less travelled, nd you also have to forgive those who REFUSE to travel with you.
2. Be humble.
3. Give people the benefit of the doubt. Some people really don’t know the way.
4. You have to be willing to learn what you don’t know.
5. Misery is the baby of expectation.
6. Depend on God.
7. Don’t depend on people.
8.Strengthen your emotional muscles.
9. You have to save yourself.
10. D you have courage to go down the road?
