Onu seeks Nigerians’ support for Buhari’s reforms

Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, has called on Nigerians to keep faith with the reforms embarked by President Muhammadu Buhari aimed at clawing back the nation’s lost glory.

He made the call during a courtesy call to his office by members of Save Nigeria Buhari Ambassadors.

He said that Buhari had done so much under one year in office to clean up the mess that had bedeviled the nation and insisted that, in the last two or one and half years, no Nigerian travelling abroad would be been proud of his passport, because of the deplorable state of the country’s image, adding that today, the world had recognised that there was a change in leadership and that that change was positive and the image of the nation was on the rise.

He also noted that the achievements of President Buhari under one year was not limited to the recreation of the nation’s image internationally, but also extended to the fight against insurgency, which had recorded victory on the side of the nation.
