Oando Plc Appoints Non-Executive Directors

Oando Plc has appointed Mr. Ikeme Osakwe MA (Oxon.) ACA and Mr. Ademola Akinrele SAN as non-executive directors to the Board of the company effective July 8, 2016.

Ikeme is a Chartered Accountant and practicing Management Consultant. He holds bachelors’ and masters’ degrees in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and is an Associate Member of the institute of Chartered Accounts in Nigeria, and England and Wales. Initially trained for four years at KPMG Audit London, Ikeme now serves as the Managing Director of GRID Consulting Ltd. – a company that he established in 1986 and which specializes in financial management advisory for commerce, industry, government and NGO’s.

While Mr. Ademola Akinrele is the Managing Partner F.O. Akinrele & Co. born Ondo State, 3rd June 1961; Education: University College London LL.B (Hons) 1982; University of Cambridge,  LL.M  1984; Admitted to the Nigerian Bar 1983; Associate of Chief Rotimi Williams Chambers 1984 – 1987.
