How Nigeria Can Build a Positive Image – PR Executive Timilehin Bello

In a recent interview, young PR executive and CEO of Media Panache Nigeria, Timilehin Bello discussed the Nigeria’s image perception, especially by foreigners and how the positive image can be redeemed.
Speaking on the present state of Nigeria’s image on a general scale, Timilehin remarked
“One of the things the government can do is create vast employment opportunities; and that is because unemployment is one the country’s most deplorable scourges – too many unemployed people are unhappy; thus when asked about the nation’s current state; they mostly have nothing positive to say about the country but rather verbalize their frustration.
If employment is made available on a larger scale; then people can relatively be happy, hence bringing about positivity among Nigerians and as well; projecting a better image beyond the borders.”
Timilehin proceeded to identify measures organizations can take in amassing favorable ROI in the face of the current dolesome economy, the need for more foreign investors, as well as the impact of harnessing PR effectively on business growth and marketing campaigns among others.
Timilehin moved on to disclose the reason behind his publicized exit from his former workplace to establishing a PR agency of his own, Media Panache Nigeria which recently clocked a year old.
