NASS Clerk assures ECOWAS Parliament on capacity building 

The new Clerk to National Assembly (CNA), Mohammed Sani-Omolori, has pledged the cooperation of the Nigeria’s National Assembly to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Parliament over capacity building of the region’s lawmakers for better performance.

The CNA also promised a harmonious working relationship between Nigeria’s National Assembly and the sub-region’s parliaments.

A statement signed by Omolori’s Chief Press Secretary, Andrew Oota, explained that the CNA made the pledge when he received in audience the Secretary General of ECOWAS parliament, Dr Magbegbola Nelson who paid him a courtesy visit to congratulate him on his elevation as the Chief Accounting officer of the National Assembly.
