Luckily, no injury or serious damage was recorded in Aso rock fire – Garba Shehu
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu has said that the fire incident that took place at a store very close to the Aso Rock Chapel was a caused by a minor electrical spark.
He went on to say that no one was injured and that there was also no serious damage was recorded during the Thursday fire outbreak in at the Villa.
Garba Shehu, said that even before the arrival of the Fire Service attached to the villa the fire was brought under control.
He said, “The incident, linked to an electrical spark, was immediately brought under control by alert staff using available fire extinguishers well ahead of the arrival of the Federal Fire Service trucks stationed just outside the premises.
“Luckily, no injury or serious damage was recorded.”
