Kwara Assembly urges FG to link community in 2nd Niger Bridge project

The Kwara House of Assembly, on Wednesday, urged the Federal Government to include the construction of the second Niger Bridge linking Edu Local Government Area of Kwara with Niger State in 2017 budget.
The House made the call in its resolution after adopting a motion without notice on the non-construction of the bridge moved by lsiaku Aliyu-Adam, who represents Edu constituency

The Deputy Speaker, Mathew Okedare, who presided over Wednesday’s plenary, urged National Assembly members from Kwara and Niger states to work towards the construction of the bridge.
