Kwara 2019: ‘For our today, they sacrificed their yesterday’

A governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Shuaib Yaman Abdullahi has said that for our today, some people sacrificed their yesterday, making us to be what we are today.

Abdullahi stated this at the party national secretariat on Friday in Abuja when he came to submit his nomination and expression of interest form to cling the party ticket in the 2019 general elections.

He said he was driven by the passion he has for the wondering youths whose parents paid for our today with their sweat, lamenting that things are not as they were because of bad governance.

He said: “As you know, kwara state created in 1967 among the first 12 states, was keeping pace with all other states until the last 16 years when it derailed from developing to under development.
