Kano CP bags best security officer of the year award

The Management of African Trust International Magazine (ATIM) has presented “Best Security Officer of the Year Achiever Award of Excellence” to  Kano State Commissioner of Police, Mr Habu Ahmad-Sani.

DSP Abdullahi Haruna, the Command’s Spokesman, made the disclosure in a statement issued to newsmen in Kano on Wednesday.

The Editor in Chief, African Trust International Magazine, Mr Adebayo Isaac-Adekunle, noted that the management was given a mandate by the police authority to go round the six geo-political zones to conduct security findings.

He said based on their observations from the six zones, the CP was given the award because Kano state merited the award, seeing the modalities of the office of the commissioner to ensure safety of the state.

Earlier in his remarks, the CP Ahamd-Sani, dedicated the award to officers and men of the state command.

He thanked the management of ATIM for honoring him with the award and urged the officers of the command to remain steadfast in fighting all forms of crimes and criminality in the state.
