INEC Gives Buhari Certificate of Return
The winner of the just concluded presidential elections and President elect, General Muhammadu Buhari, has just received the certificate of return from the electoral umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
General Buhari was declared the winner of the Presidential election in the early hours of Wednesday after defeating the incumbent and presidential candidate of the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), President Goodluck Jonathan and other candidates.
