Ibu loses one of his legs, asks for more assistance from Nigerians

Actor John Okafor aka Ibu, has finally had one of his legs amputated after seven surgeries to save the leg.
According t o a statement from the family via an Instagram message, the family thanked Nigerians for their support and also solicited for more prayers and financial support for the actor through this period of difficult.
The message reads, we want to appreciate everyone that has come true for daddy. Saying we are grateful is an understatement and only the good Lord can thank you all enough for every help you have rendered.
As at 1 pm noon today, daddy has gone through seven successful surgeries, but to keep him alive and increase his chances of recovery; one of his legs have been amputate. This development has been hard on us all, but we had to accept it as daddys new reality to keep him alive.

Please, we are all soliciting for support from well meaning Nigerians at this stage, daddy is still one very delicate person and he needs all the help he can get.
In the last few weeks, the doctors have battle to save the actor from an undisclosed ailment which has affected one of his legs.
The actor had through the social media called on Nigerians for prayers and financial assistance as he would not want to lose his leg.
