Haliru Nababa confirmed as comptroller-general of prisons
The appointment of Haliru Nababa as the new comptroller-general of the Nigerian Correctional Service has been confirmed by the Senate (NCS).
After considering the report of the red chamber’s interior committee on Wednesday, the red chamber confirmed Nababa’s appointment.
Dailytimes recalls that on February 18, President Muhammadu Buhari appointed Nababa as the new head of the Nigerian prison system.
