Greece success rekindles AFCON triumph, says Ideye

Striker Brown Ideye has revealed that winning the Greece Premier League brought back memories of when he won AFCON 2013 with Nigeria in South Africa.
The Olympiacos forward played a big role in Nigeria winning the AFCON in 2013 and he is excited to win his first-ever league title in his career.
“Great and emotional day for me. The last time I felt this way was at AFCON 2013. So excited!1st league Win in my career,” Ideye tweeted.
The former West Brom striker scored on Sunday in Olympiacos 5-0 win over AEL Kalloni, who paraded Nigeria defender Ugo Ukah.
He netted the fifth goal of the game in the 84th minute to end the season with 10 league goals and two goals in the cup games.
He has previously played in Switzerland and Ukraine.
