Governor Wike will be remembered as a jubilee governor –Justice Nyesom-Wike

Wife of the Rivers State Governor , Justice Eberechi Suzzette Nyesom-Wike being welcomed by the Bishop of Enugu North Diocese, Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, Rt Reverend Sosthenes Eze during the harvest thanksgiving of St Peter Anglican Church, Rumuepirikom Deanery on Sunday .
Wife of the Rivers State Governor , Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has stated that Governor Wike has been programmed by God to execute sustainable development projects that will entrench jubilation in the state .
Justice Nyesom-Wike spoke on Sunday at the Adult Harvest Thanksgiving and Festival of Praises of Saint Peter’s Anglican Church, Rumuepirikom Deanery in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
She noted that the emergence of Governor Wike as Rivers State clocks 50 years in 2017 is part of God’s plan to use him as a vessel to bless the people of the state.
She described jubilee as a time of freedom and restoration urging the people of Rumuepirikom community to continue to support their son who is piloting the affairs of the state at this significant time in the history of the state.
“27th May, 2017, Rivers State will be 50 years and we will be entering our time of jubilee. Jubilee is very significant time. Jubilee is a time when God releases everything that is held back or everything that is owned to His children. That is when He doubles His blessings in their lives”.
“Jubilee is a time of freedom, is a time of restoration and if not for nothing, that your son, His Excellency, the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike is sitting as a leader of Rivers State at this time. God is going to use him for many mighty things in Rivers State and we will all be alife to be witnesses to it” she noted.
“Nyesom Wike is our Jubilee Governor. Many Governors have come and gone, but this governor will always be remembered for one thing. He is the Jubilee Governor of Rivers State and he is our son, our friend, our brother”, she added.
Justice Nyesom-Wike thanked the church and the people of Rumuepirikom for their prchurch and the people of Rumuepirikom for their prayers for the state which she noted is manifesting in the sustained peace in the state.
In his sermon, the Bishop of Enugu North Diocese, Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, Rt Reverend Sosthenes Eze urged those in leadership position to always meditate through the word of God to draw inspiration in order to lead the people perfectly.
The wife of the Governor was accompanied to the service by the Commissioner for Environment, Professor Roseline Konya, her Women Affairs counterpart, Mrs. Ukel Oyaghiri, the wife of the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Mrs. Charity Adams, the wife of the State Head of Service, Mrs. Matilda Godwin and Mrs. Victoria Sergeant Awuse.
Highpoint of the service was the unveiling and cutting of the harvest cake by the wife of the Governor, Justice Suzzette Nyesom-Wike.
