Customer service, secret of Clairhub’s success ― CEO

The importance of excellent customer service to the success and sustainability of a business enterprise was recently emphasised by Okeke Chibuikem Sinclair, CEO of Clairhub, while he was reflecting on the crucial lessons he has learnt as an entrepreneur.

“Customer satisfaction is always paramount for a successful business enterprise. This is a crucial lesson that every business owner must learn at the very beginning of his enterprise,” he declared.

Speaking further, he avowed that he got an insight into the importance of a happy customer to a thriving business from his father. “My dad used to say that “a happy customer is your friend for life.” This remains one of the best nuggets of business wisdom anyone has ever given me.”

Okeke, who in 2017 was a staff of a multi-level marketing company before his metamorphosis into a full-fledged entrepreneur when he founded Clairhub, a crypto trading enterprise, further pointed out that aspiring entrepreneurs should understand that “challenges are just opportunities to do better.”

Sharing the initial challenge he encountered as a business person, he said: “The basic challenge was and still is how to create a level of trust with first-time customers. We often scale this hurdle by hosting webinars and video calls with new demographics.”

Okeke, a digital asset and portfolio manager who also organises cryptocurrency trading courses in addition to rendering web and graphics design services, further said: “There are many dimensions to entrepreneurship, but the part I enjoyed most is the freedom to create something of value.”

He, however, stressed the imperative for entrepreneurs to develop and upgrade their education and skills. “Nowadays, there are lots of online courses and webinars that can help entrepreneurs to upgrade themselves,” he said.
