We have to begin to read just the budget in a way that will improve funding for agriculture and other areas. We are also doing everything to begin to engage more of our youths in agriculture & training programs to keep them out of the Streets.
There is going to be a readjustment in the budget to enable us to support funding for areas like the agricultural sector and skills development for the youth to ensure that they are kept out of the Streets.
