‘Buhari has made Nigerians proud, should be re-elected’

The National Organising Secretary for the All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential Support Committee and the wife of the Minister for state of Agriculture and rural Development, Hon. Mrs. Susan Waibode, has appealed to Nigerians for more support for the re-election of President Buhari, noting that the President has made Nigerians proud with his transparency in his fight against corruption. Mrs. Lokpobiri made the called yesterday while speaking with newsmen in Yenagoa after the Presidential rally of the South-south region. She also stressed the need for support to enable him finish most of the huge projects under taken by his administration and deliver more dividends of democracy to the citizen of the country She averred that the current administration under the leadership of the APC has performed beyond the expectations of its citizens in so many sectors, adding that no government has fought corruption and recovered stolen monies that belong to Nigerians like the Buhari government. While reeling out the achievements in the various sectors of the country, she noted that the impacts in the different agricultural programmes are enormous, adding that the agricultural sector that was once neglected has raised our GDP and has made us less dependent on oil. “It’s a plus for Nigeria, look at the agricultural sector, we are back to farming again after several years of neglect and dependant on oil. We have the (Bureau the scheme programme), in several states which has created the enabling avenue for our produce to be exported out of the country. The farmers are using the opportunity to farm. Our local rice are been exported in high quantity, together with other crops.” Also look at the transportation sector where you can travel from one end of the country to another end with ease and without traffic by train. Nigerians should be patient with the President and the current administration in order to benefit more. The President is doing everything to see that the future of the country is secured.
