Aunt Landa Bethel Foundation temporarily shuts down the Aunt LANDA’S Free Vocational Centres
Chairman of Aunt Landa Bethel Foundation Alibaba and Servant-In-Charge of Aunt Landa Bethel Foundation Dr Yolanda N George-David (Ph.D.) have announced that there will a temporary shutdown of the Aunt LANDA’S Free Vocational Centres due to a restructuring program.

The announcement came after a meeting which was held at the foundation’s headquarters situated at Chevy View Estate Lekki, Lagos State with Alibaba in attendance. It was revealed that there are preparations to launch the Aunt Landa’s Free Training and Empowerment College hence the need to close jhthe vocational centres. The shutdown is expected to last for two months as resumption will commence sometime in
March, 2018. However, free medical treatment, counselling, feeding, rescue and rehabilitation still continues.
Comedy pioneer Alibaba also revealed that all the volunteers under the old AUNT LANDA’S free vocational centres have been dissolved, stressing those both old and new volunteers can apply in line with the new structure. He also stated that interested volunteers must be duly screened and interviewed by the Team Leads, with Background and Reference Checks carried out before engagement.
The foundation boasts of several facilities starting with consultation and therapy rooms, beds, kids’ corner with games and colourful paintings, and a conference room for reunions, punching bags for anger therapy, as well as a studio where albums of those who come for rehab will be released.
The administrative headquarters also houses sign language teachers for kids who have been abused, computers, different genres of books, and more.
