Aubameyang in Man City radar

Incoming Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola has reportedly urged the club’s hierarchy to make a bid for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Guardiola will take over the reins at City next season and has already started preparing for his new job.
The current Bayern Munich boss is reportedly concerned by the club’s strike force and he is ready to sell Wilfried Bony, with fellow African Aubameyang tipped as his replacement.
Aubameyang has scored 36 goals across all competitions for Borussia Dortmund this season. The Gabon international is a long term target of Arsenal, but has in the past expressed his desire to play for Real Madrid.
The 26-year-old is expected to receive a barrage of offers in the off season, but clubs will have to spend big, with his contract at Dortmund only set to expire in 2020.
Bony has not made the expected impact since his move from Swansea City. The Ivory Coast international, who has continued to play second fiddle to Sergio Aguero, has scored nine goals in 30 games this campaign.
