Assailants Unleash Terror On Brother of Fleeing Boxing Coach Months After Attack On His Family
Barely 5 months after the family of the fleeing boxing coach Lucky Chinyere Oshanugor in Benin City was attacked and left with severe injuries to nurse, another member of his immediate family has reportedly been attacked again.
Lawrence Chinyere Oshanugor, immediate younger brother of the boxing Coach was attacked in his Benin City residence on May 17th by assailants who laid ambush for him while he was returning home at night, it was confirmed .
It was gathered that his assailants came in a bus and laid ambush on their target who was ruthlessly beaten up and left with severe injuries .
According to information made available the assailants, who were mainly after the fleeing boxing coach, wanted to obtain updated information on the whereabouts of the boxing coach from his immediate younger brother by violently unleashing terror on him as he attempted to scale a fence but was later left in coma with injuries..
However, following several moments of torture by the assailants in the middle of the night on Lawrence Chinyere Oshanugor who was already in coma, his assailants numbering about 5 jumped into their bus and sped as neigbhours were too scared in the community to come to his rescue during the attack on his life .
It was gathered that Lawrence Chinyere Oshanugor was left with bruises all over his body and a broken hand to nurse as his assailants sped off and disappeared into thin air.

Lawrence Chinyere Oshanugor who is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed health facility is reportedly in a stable condition.
Recall that the family of the fleeing boxing coach who attended a boxing tournament in Canada with his boys late last year after winning gold medal for Edo State with his team in the 2023 Youth and Sports Game in Asaba in Delta State, was attacked by some yet-to-be identified assailants who allegedly accused him of luring youths into gay practice under the pretext of boxing .
In January 2024 his wife and family were violently attacked and left with severe injuries as his assailants who had been on his trail after winning gold medal in Delta State unleashed terror on his family and also destroyed his investment in pineapple plantation by burning it down.
