APC scribe tasks youth on development, drums support for Ambode

A prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward F, Ojota, Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State, Mr. Noibi Sulaimon, has urged youths all over the country to see themselves as leaders of today’,

as he urged residents to continue to support the APC administration in the state led by Governor Akinwumi Ambode, so that they can enjoy more dividends of democracy.

The grassroots politician believes that the Lagos State governor, Akinwumi Ambode, has permanently silenced critics with performance within a short time.

Noibi gave the advice at a forum organised by some youths at Ojota, Kosofe, Lagos, on the role of youth in the nation’s development.
With the theme:

‘Youth and national development, Our pains and gains’, the grassroots politician enjoined youths all over the country to see themselves as leaders of today since in most parts of the world, past and present the youths have been making greater impacts in the development of their countries.

According to him, “rebellion and any form of criminality should be discouraged, peaceful coexistence among the various ethnic nationalities should be our daily anthem”, so that unimpeded development can take root across the states,” he charged.

While commending Ambode, for a job well done, he also used the opportunity to thank the member of the State House of Assembly representing Kosofe Consttuency1, Hon. Bayo Osinowo, leaders of the party

and the Council chairman, Hon. Afolabi Sofola, for complementing the efforts of the governor in the local government in his transformation drives.

A cross section of youths drawn from the senatorial district, while speaking with our correspondent believe that such a forum if organised on regular basis will go a long way in changing the mindset of many as to what is good and expected of them regarding the nation’s development.
