APC chieftain and one other killed by Cultists in Rivers

Reports from Rivers state say that a chieftain of the All Progress Congress (APC) has been killed by unknown gunmen suspected to be cultists.
The incident occurred somewhere in Alaode-Eleme in Eleme local government area of the oil-rich south-south state.
According to the reports, Obe was shot dead about 8pm on Saturday, April 29 at his home as he tried to open the gate for the assailants.
The attackers reportedly arrived at the scene in a tinted car and shot him at close range because he had thought they were visitors.
They then made their escape in a hail of bullets, shooting sporadically into the air as they fled the scene of the incident.
The reports also said suspected killed another person was killed in Omudiogwa area of Emohua local government area.
The man identified as Nna Asor was decapitated.
