Aggrieved lawyers may drag Plateau APC to court over unpaid fees

The demand letter of some aggrieved lawyers who represented the All Progressive Congress (APC) at the just concluded Election Petition Tribunals that looked into complaints that arose out of the 2015 general elections in Plateau State would lapse Thursday.
The ultimatum given by the lawyers was to the effect that if the conditions stipulated in their demand letter were not met they would go to court for redress.
Recall that Daily Times had reported that demand letters were flying from one law chamber to the other in Jos, requesting for payments over formal appearances for the All Progressive Congress (APC) at the Election Petition Tribunals, as the lawyers who appeared for the APC were dissatisfied with the way and manner the party handled the settlement of their bills.
