National real estate today debuts on TV

The urge to stimulate investment in Real Estate has given birth to a 30-minute programme on Television as the COVID-19 pandemic take its toll on investors confidence in critical macroeconomic areas of the country.

The programme, National real estate today, which debuted on Television Continental (TVC) on Sunday, according to the brainchild, Meckson Okoro, “is borne out of the need to reposition the access to real estate information, property investment, general Real Estate Advocacy and public enlightenment during and after COVID–19 pandemic which is already affecting investors confidence in Real Estate investment in Nigeria.

He added that the show will be broadcast at 5:30pm on the platform of NIESV half, while stating that the show will also debut on NTA 2 channel 5 on May 30, 2020 by 10pm WAT.
Dr Okoro, who is the executive producer of the programme, was a former National Publicity Secretary of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, and presently the Chairman National Advocacy Committee of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

“Real Estate being responsible for the accommodation of all productive activities on earth, housing for the living and burial site for the dead must not be allowed to suffer in value due to the negative impact of COVID–19 pandemic.

“That is why we have decided to give birth to this programme in order to stimulate investment programme in Real Estate as a preferred investment option that gurantees the safety of investment as well as appreciation in value during and after the global COVID–19.


“We shall this medium to advise the governments at all levels, corporate organizations and all individuals . It is the intention and the vision of the Executive Producer, Dr ,Chief M l Okoro and his stakeholders to make sure that information on REAL ESTATE, Housing, Building materials and Household equipment is brought to the living rooms or the bedrooms of our viewers of the programme on the television.

“We are also showing on QUICK TV AFRICA Television as well as US at Glimpse Extra TV,Houston, United states of America,” he added.
