Women have a role to play in solving Nigeria’s problems -Cleric

The founder of God’s Elect Women Outreach International (GEWO) under the umbrella of the Earth is the Lord’s Ministry, Reverend (Mrs.) Florence Obiageli Nwosu, has stated that women are better placed to correct the ills plaguing the country.
This, she asserted, the women can do by giving sound counsel to their husbands who are policy makers or government officials.
She disclosed that God has mandated her to let women know who they are and to also teach them how to maximise their potentials.
God has given me a vision as outreach to women. The vision is to reach out to them and let them know who they’re and the gift He has given to them.
Every God given gift is for a purpose and the purpose is to change the world around us for the better.
Like the Bible said, ‘we are the light of this world.’ That our light should so shine that men should see our good works and glorify our father in heaven.
When a woman knows God she will be in a position to pass the good tidings to the family.”
She admonished women in all their dealings to live a life that would glorify the name of God.
The cleric stressed that she has been able change lives with her message since she commenced a couple of years ago.
Reverend Nwosu disclosed that in line with her vision she organises an annual outreach conference, adding that the theme of this year’s edition, which will hold in the church’s headquarters in Asaba between the 7th and 9th September, is ‘the all sufficient God’.
