What you need to know about the first female Transcorp vice- chairman, Mrs Foluke Abdulrasaq

Mrs. Foluke Abdulrasaq, holds an M.Sc degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan.
Mrs. Abdulrasaq, has served in both public and private sectors.
She served as a Commissioner in the Ministries of Finance and Women Affairs in Lagos State.

Lagos state Accelerated Revenue Generation Programme (ARGP) was formulated during her tenure.
Mrs. Foluke Abdulrasaq was also the Chairman of the State’s Tenders’ Board.
She was a member of the Federal Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC), and the State’s Executive Council.

Mrs. Abdurazaq was appointed Executive Chairman of the Interim Management Board of Credit Bank Nigeria Limited, in September 1995 by the Central Bank of Nigeria/NDIC.
She also served on the Group Board of United Bank of Africa Plc from 2008 to 2020, when she retired as the Chairperson of the Board Credit Committee.
