Warcraft: Two Worlds, One Home; A War for Peace and Survival

The movie Warcraft, tells us about a peaceful realm of the city of A zeroth which stands on the brink of war as it’s civilizati peacefulon faces a fearsome race of invaders. Looking to escape from his dying world.

The Orc warriors are giants from another world, fleeing their dying home to colonize another world. The main act Durotan is a man of integrity and a leader of a tribe who only wants his tribe to live peacefully wherever they went. His wife was pregnant when they decided to migrate to another world where she bore a male child.

The Orc shaman Gul’dan utilizes dark magic to open a portal to the human realm of Azeroth. Supported by the fierce fighter Blackhand, Gul’dan organizes the Orc clans into a conquering army called the Horde. The use of black magic which claims the life of humans as a fuel to make it stronger is used to build a portal which transports them from their world to the other.

As the portal opens, The Orc Army faces destruction while the other faces Extinction. In this War for survival, we are shown the will power of the people who fight against the use of black magic and want to lead their tribe’s right and also the people who would fight to keep their families and loved ones safe by putting their lives on the line to fight this army of giants.

Uniting to protect Azeroth from these hulking invaders are King Llane, the mighty warrior Anduin Lothar (Travis Fimmel) and the powerful wizard Medivh.

This intriguing Movie not only shows sacrifice but also tells us to believe in ourselves and not let grief weigh you down by loss but also stand up for what’s right regardless of who your opponent is. The film depicts that where there’s Darkness, there’s Light.

A continuation will emerge as Durotan’s child who was left by the river bank while the mother saved her son with her life will be the next Warrior to fight Evil where his father left off.

This 2 hours 5 minutes film, is written by Chris Metzen, directed by Duncan Jones, produced by Thomas Tull, Jon Jashni, Charles Roven, Alex Gartner,Stuart Fenegan. The Casts are: Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton,
